Tommy Adkins is the founder and director of Lights Clear LLC, bringing over 30 years of professional sales experience and more than a decade of deep expertise in commercial LED lighting to every project he leads. Over his career, Tommy has personally overseen and sold millions of dollars in lighting retrofit projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across the western United States — including Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Utah. A published author of How to Master the Art of Closing Anything (available on Amazon and Audible), Tommy is recognized as one of the most accomplished commercial lighting sales professionals in the country. His hands-on knowledge of utility rebate programs, Section 179D tax incentives, C-PACE financing, and field audit methodology ensures that every client receives expert guidance from proposal to final installation. Tommy's passion is simple: help businesses stop wasting money on outdated lighting — and start putting those savings to work.

Bruce Shaw, P.E.

Senior Lighting Engineer / Project Specification

Bruce Shaw brings nearly 50 years of engineering experience in the energy and lighting industry to the Lights Clear team. A licensed Professional Engineer, his career spans the earliest days of commercial LED adoption through today's high-efficiency retrofit market. Bruce began his career in the Pacific Northwest engineering large-scale projects for the region's major utilities — including Portland General Electric, Bonneville Power Administration, and PacifiCorp. He went on to join Hudnut, one of the first LED lighting companies in the country, based in Portland, Oregon. For more than a decade at Lights There in Portland, Bruce specified and engineered commercial lighting projects across a wide range of facility types. Signature projects include Saint Martin's University, the West Linn-Wilsonville School District, and the Riverside Resort in Laughlin, Nevada. At Clean Energy Here Bruce focuses on complex, technically demanding projects — including HOA and multi-property portfolios — where accurate specification and engineering judgment make the difference between a good retrofit and a great one.
